All the images I have seen of the new Superman outfit have been hidden by shadow or seen in boring set photos. The first picture looked interesting, but there still hasn’t been a proper good looks at the suit. And while this new picture doesn’t give us a full-body image it does give us a slightly better look of the suit. The following article is brought from the ever reliable superherohype:
“Henry Cavill has landed on the cover of Studio Ciné Live magazine in his Superman outfit. The cover made its way online today and you can check it out below!
Directed by Zack Snyder, the film also stars Amy Adams as Daily Planet journalist Lois Lane, and Laurence Fishburne as her editor-in-chief, Perry White. Starring as Clark Kent’s adoptive parents, Martha and Jonathan Kent, are Diane Lane and Kevin Costner.
Squaring off against the superhero are two other surviving Kryptonians, the villainous General Zod, played by Michael Shannon, and Faora, Zod’s evil partner, played by Antje Traue. Also from Superman’s native Krypton are Lara Lor-Van, Superman’s mother, played by Ayelet Zurer, and Superman’s father, Jor-El, portrayed by Russell Crowe. Rounding out the cast are Harry Lennix as U.S. military man General Swanwick, as well as Christopher Meloni as Colonel Hardy.”
The suit does looks a lot better in this photo, we get a clear look at Cavill’s face and hairdo as Superman and it does look pretty nice, and the suit, while not as bright in colour as it was before, it does have some new and interesting patterns in this new design. This is probably the best photo of Superman released in relation to Man of Steel, though I’m still waiting for an awesome film poster with a full-body shot of the suit.
