One Piece: Stampede Review

Howdy ladies and gentlemen of the internet, I’m back with another review and though it is a little later than I expected, I am sharing my thoughts on the latest film in the One Piece series; One Piece: Stampede via my podcast Film Focus.

On episode 90 of Film Focus, I’m reviewing One Piece: Stampede; the 14th film from the long-running anime/manga series which is directed by Takashi Otsuka. Now I have been a mega One Piece fan for just over a decade and thought the first trailer looked pretty cool, however, my hype levels really exploded when I found out that the film would have a limited release in the west with a couple of screenings in Canada. So I jumped at the chance to see an OP film at the cinema. So is the film good or not? Well, check out this spoiler-free review to find out.

Gemini Man Review

Howdy ladies and gentlemen of the internet, I’m here with another review and though I’m a little later than I had hoped, I finally have time to share my with you my thoughts on Gemini Man via my podcast Film Focus.

On this episode of Film Focus, I get to talk about the latest film from Ang Lee starring Will Smith; Gemini Man. Now I have been following this film for a while and while the trailers didn’t blow me away, I was at least intrigued enough to see what the full film would be like. So is the film good or not? Joker Review

Howdy ladies and gentlemen of the internet, how’s it going? Yes, I am still here. 😛 I know I don’t post as consistently as I used to but if there is something notable to talk about or review on here I do try to step out of the shadows and contribute and so with the release of Joker, of course, I had to review it myself. So as usal I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the film via my podcast Film Focus.

On this episode of Film Focus, I finally get to talk about another one of the most anticipated films of 2019 in the form of Joker. Now I have been interested in this film from the time it was announced just to see if it could work, and over time I found my intrigue and hyped levels increasing with subsequent set photos and trailers that followed. P.S. I enjoyed talking about this film but beyond that, I have a few thoughts about film discussion and fandom and my passion for talking about films with likeminded individuals and I hope that resonates with you and anyone else that listens.
